Thank you for shopping at FurBuddies! We're committed to getting your pet supplies to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at shopfurbuddies@protonmail.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.
Third-Party Fulfillment FurBuddies partners with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. This allows us to offer a wide range of quality pet products. Occasionally, items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers.
